Paradigm Winery

Paradigm Winery is located in the midst of Paradigm Vineyards on Dwyer Road in the Oakville District of Napa Valley. The winery is owned and operated by Ren & Marilyn Harris who founded the winery in 1991. Paradigm consists of a three thousand square foot building that is divided into three parts and accompanied by a warehouse also located on Dwyer Road.

The winery building includes a fermentation room housing state-of-the-art equipment capable of handling the Paradigm grapes immediately after they’ve been harvested. The barrel room is temperature and humidity controlled and holds a total of five hundred French Oak barrels. The balance of the building contains the winery laboratory, the office and a small hospitality area. The temperature controlled warehouse located near the winery insures that the wine will be properly handled until it’s ready for release

Paradigm Winery produces a total of four different wines. These include the classic Bordeaux varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, as well as Zinfandel. Paradigm wines are all estate grown, produced, and bottled at our winery, which is in the Oakville Appellation of Napa Valley.

The total production at Paradigm is about five thousand cases per year: approximately 3500 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon, 1000 cases of Merlot, and 200 cases each of Cabernet Franc and Zinfandel.

The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are distributed in thirty-two states and seven countries. The Cabernet Franc and Zinfandel are available only through the mailing list or at the winery.
