	Combining traditional technique with influence from California cuisine, Sushi Ran rivals Matsuhisa for some of the best creative Japanese cuisine in the US.  With rare types of fish flown in from Tsukiji that is only served in top restaurants in Japan, the kitchen team led by Nori San aim to introduce the extraordinary bounty and variety of seafood to the adventurous customers with his exquisite preparation and masterful presentation.
