	You won't find better HangZhou style cuisine even in HangZhou.  This is another rare survivor of traditional styled restaurant serving the taste of the yesteryears.  Every dish is classic and perfected.  The ambience, the setting and the wait staff are all held still in a time warp from teh 70's.  Tin Heung Lou is famous for its various preparation of Shanghai crab.
