Robuchon is the chef of the century and his food defines haute cuisine. I don't think there is a chef that is more influential to the culinary world than Robuchon. Every restaurant bearing his name guarantees a great meal and is often the best in town. Robuchon a Galera maintains its top notch quality since its opening 8 years ago and seems to get better every time I visit. The pastry and the dessert are among the best I have ever had and the wine list is every wine lover's dream - great selection with even greater prices! The lunch menu is the best deal in the world at $40USD and the dinner menu while more expensive is worth every single penny. |
