	French sensibility with Japanese attention to details, Michel Troisgros in this Tokyo branch has achieved a great style.  With its utmost dedication of purveying the best possible local ingredients, the clean and brilliance flavor shine through an elegant touch of the chefs.  Along with a solid and deep wine list to pair with the fine cuisine, this is certainly one of the top French restaurants in Japan.  I am surprise how quiet the lunch hours this place was considered that it got a 2 Michelin star award recently.
