Hit or miss. Some of the dishes are great, some of them are very average at best. I don't think it justify the high price they charge but well there is a really good dish that I would go back for. |

Chicken broth porridge with greens puree - first of all the green and white "taichi" presentation looks great even though they symbol is a bit cliche. However, what makes this dish great is the clarity of the chicken flavor (I believe they use virgin chicken) enhanced by the refreshing subtle flavors of the greens puree making this a very well balanced but complex dish. Bravo! |
