One of the best and classy restaurant in Hong Kong, Lung King Heen served the most refined and elegant Cantonese cuisine. Whether you go for dim sum during lunch or banquet dinner, the food never fails to impress. There is no molecular flair nor fusion technique nor unconventional presentation, just classical Cantonese cuisine at its best with mastery technique, precise execution, most selective on ingredients and a refine setting. This combination of excellence is what makes Lung King Heen a 3 star restaurant in every aspect. I have to admit I am emotionally attached to this restaurant as the kitchen team prepared the menu for our wedding banquet. |
