	Probably the best restaurant in Seattle, Chef Scott Carsberg has wonderful creativity and exciting ideas.  While it lacks the balance and finesse to be a 3 star, it is no doubt an excellent restaurant for foodies.  The restaurant definitely needs an update to compete, especially the dining room.
