	Mario Batali up the ante from the already awesome Babbo and created this new flagship to showcase the epitome of Italian cuisine.  The food is pure, honest and wholesome.  You can feel the heart the chefs put into creating the dishes as if they are preparing for their family.  I wish I could eat here everyday.
