	For the best seafood experience in Hong Kong, Chuen Kee should be one of the top choices.  The selection of seafood is mind-bogging, with fish and shellfish tagged by very specific locale where they are caught and offering unique seasonal specialties. (e.g. Winter "eastern ocean current" blue eyed cod, square sole from "lou fou san" and double-shelled crab from Macau).  Hong Kong is probably the only place on earth you can find seafood so meticulously classified taking freshness to a totally different meaning - "fresh and alive".  This is a specialty in Hong Kong you won't find in any other great seafood restaurants around the world.
