	A new branch of Les Amis, the top kitchen from Singapore, Cepage adds excitement to Hong Kong red hot culinary world and brings along a world class wine cellar that is easily one of the best in Hong Kong.  Food is good, service is better yet and I think this will become a new favorite of mine.
